Welcome To

the Celestial Life

Hi! I’m Brianna and I’m so glad that you’re here!

I’m a registered dietitian currently residing in southwestern Connecticut. I created The Celestial Life to offer you a chance to explore your relationship with food, your body, culture, and physical activity. I offer nutrition counseling services for disordered eating, eating disorders, general wellness, and a range of medical diagnoses. All of my services are virtual so we will be able to work together if you’re in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, or California!

I decided to become a dietitian because frankly, I love food and I wanted to help others be able to experience the same joy that I get from it. I got my start graduating from the University of Saint Joseph where I then completed my 1300+ hour dietetic internship, then worked in the clinical and school nutrition settings upon graduating. During my time in school, I worked at a residential eating disorder treatment facility where I found my true calling. Now, I continue my work with helping individuals in eating disorder recovery at an outpatient level.

I love being a dietitian because I love that I can bring my two passions of science and food together to help others. I believe food to be the same in all cultures: something that you gather, laugh, connect, and develop relationships around. I hope that I am able to use my calling to bring joy back into eating and help you remember that “you are altogether beautiful, my darling. There is no flaw in you.”- Song of Songs 4:7
