This is one of my simpler recipes. Sometimes, we think the more ingredients we put into something, the better it will taste. With just four ingredients (plus salt and pepper) and one step you will be amazed at how something so simple can taste so complex. This dressing recipe can also be modified to how you like it. If you don’t like it sweet, put less honey. If you want more mustard, put more mustard! You can change it any way you want, and it will still be simply amazing.
Balsamic and mustard dressing should be a new staple in your house. It can be used on anything from salad to roasted veggies to a dipping sauce for chicken. I used it to top off a spinach salad with blood orange segments, blackberries, strawberries, and honey goat cheese.
