Strawberry Kiwi Pops
Mixed Fruit Pops
Red, White, and Blue Pops
Instructions
Strawberry Kiwi Pops
  1. Add the kiwis to your blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Add the strawberries into the blender and blend until smooth. (Note: Taste both purees to see if they need sugar added. Use the ripest fruit possible to avoid having to add extra sugar.)
  3. Put the kiwi and strawberry purees into the popsicle mold in whatever design you would like. I layered mine, but you could try swirling the two together. (I found it easiest to spoon the purees into the mold. You could also try putting them into a liquid measuring cup and pouring them in. I tried both ways and I made a mess both times!)
  4. Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze overnight or until firm.
Mixed Fruit Pops
  1. Place your fruit into the popsicle mold in whichever way you want. I put in two kiwis (one on top of the other), then some strawberries, and then I filled in the empty spots with blueberries.
  2. Add enough coconut water into the molds to fill to the top.
  3. Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze overnight or until firm.
Red, White, and Blue Pops
  1. Add the strawberries to your blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
  2. Add the blueberries to your blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Whisk the coconut milk with the honey.
  4. Layer the popsicles with the strawberry puree in the bottom of the mold, add the coconut milk mixture, then top with enough blueberry puree to bring the mixture to the top of the mold.
  5. Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze overnight or until firm.
